James Hale
James Hale is an award-winning series producer and director who has created acclaimed documentaries for the BBC, Discovery and S4C. Credits include network BBC TV documentaries such as Music For Misfits: The Story of Indie (BAFTA Cymru winner), Public Enemy: Prophets of Rage (BAFTA Cymru nominated), David Bowie & the Story of Ziggy Stardust, and Roots Reggae Rebellion with the MC and activist Akala.
Recent work includes climate change documentary Expedition: Greenland, BBC true-crime series Firebombers, and drug smuggling caper Cannabis Cove.

Luke Pavey
Luke Pavey is an award-winning Series Producer / Director and Showrunner who has delivered productions for Discovery, Sky and the BBC. With experience across documentaries, specialist factual shows and productions with expedition elements he has filmed, produced and directed films across the globe including in Svalbard, the USA, Australia, Peru and Afghanistan. He also shot and directed on location for Expedition:Greenland and is experienced working with high-profile, on-screen talent.

Nathan Mackintosh is a talented Director of Photography, Editor and also an award-winning Director. He has worked across unscripted, scripted and corporate productions, including working with on-screen talent and international brands.He filmed and edited Lazerbeam’s Expedition Greenland project which has been highly praised for its outstanding visuals, and has also recently shot a feature film which is due for theatrical release later this year.

Steve Robinson is a multi award-winning documentary filmmaker with more than 25 years' experience in factual television. His credits include the BAFTA-winning Amazon with Bruce Parry (BBC Two), Tribe (BBC Two), The Ganges with Sue Perkins (BBC Two) and Eiger: Wall of Death (BBC Four). Before working with Lazerbeam, Steve was the Creative Director at Indus Films, Folk Films and Frank Films, where he oversaw a wide range of productions including several expedition series shot in remote environments.
